Unpaid claim

On the 1st of January 2019, my personal vehicle was parked at my complex in Edenburg Sandton. A Renault insured by Rodel insurance company crashed through the gate of my complex and hit into my stationary car which was parked for the night at the complex parking lot. After numerous calls and emails to both the client and insurance company, we are being ignored and my vehicle has not been repaired as yet. It's been almost 5 months now and we are unable to get in contact with both the insurance company and the client in question. A case has been opened at the Sandton Police station to no avail.
