I have been battling with this insurance since January when my claim started. Steven Ramonyai at your company completely ignores me and my emails and calls. Is this how you conduct business? Claim is approved since January but nothing has been done! I am at my wits end trying to get my car fixed and this is putting my safety at risk since the vehicle is vulnerable to theft.
