I would just like to say that despite reading numerous negative reviews about Rodel, that I had a completely different experience. I submitted a claim to them for the Excess amount to be paid as I have Excess Waiver cover with them. When my request was submitted, I received feedback from Steven Ramonyai requesting for the relevant documents. I submitted this to him and he ensured that the claim was handled timeously and efficiently. There was a point where he did not respond to my email but I contacted him telephonically and he was polite and assisted me without any difficulty. My excess amount was paid out at the right time to ensure there was no delay with the release of my vehicle from the panel beater. So thank you very much Steven for handling my claim so efficiently!!!
