Terrible service

If you are going looking into the renault specials and they offer "free insurance" do not even waste your time. I can't believe that a FAIS accredited institution can be so unbelievably unprofessional and offer disgusting service. I have had the most unpleasant experience with this insurer. Absolute worst!!
