Rodel under curator

I phoned Rodel to make a glass claim for my car last month, then i was told rodel is under curator and had to fix my car and submit claim form. Then i was give claim number and there is no further communication. Renault also must stop advertising for the one free insrance if they are still using Rodel insurance.
