Rodel Pethetic Insurance

I can not believe that Renault is still using Insurance for their Renault Kwid. I am still waitng for my claim to be paid from January 2019 till today. No respond and empty promises from Kea who is handling my claim. Their service is pathetic with useless employees. Pity for those who are still paying for their service and willing to continue paying.
