Rodel insurance terrible service

Good day, so i bought i Renault kwid a few months ago and received the offer of the free insurance for 1 year with Rodel insurance . I had a slight accident with the vehicle. And wanted to claim from insurance. The third party involved is willing to assit in this regard as well. However the terrible service received from Rodel is unacceptable, every time you call in the claims negotiator is never available and messages are being left but no one is returning your calls. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone as they do not seem to care to even offer you a solution or adviceo
