Rodel insurance poor service
I July was involved in a car accident, I then reported it to my insurer. They told me the car is a write off and I should go request a settlement letter from the bank and also submit the spare key, from there they no longer reply to my emails and calls. I don't know whether they will settle the car or not. I don't know what to do anymore.
