Rodel Insurance is a NO NO

If I could give it no stars I would. I had a brand new car 3 months old. It was parked and a drunk woman driving on the wrong side of the road smashed into my car. I had to wait 3 months for this to be settled and had to continue paying West bank my monthly loan. Not having a car available to me. Then I was told to pay excess which came to R15 000 and this would be refunded. I suffered the loss of the money and no car resulting in loss of income. I was then charged an extra R500 for damages prior to the accident, I told them my car was literally brand new. I sent so many emails. To top it all I was left with a balance of R20 000 to pay off with West Bank. The whole thing is so unfair. I have requested the R15 000 and was told it was sent to the legal team. I have sent many emails. They do not even respond to them. The whole situation is a mess. I was told that often these cars and written off and fixed up and sold at a profit. I am so unhappy its now a year down the line and I never got my excess back as I was PROMISED. I have proof of that. Its shocking and to wait 3 MONTHS for the whole 3rd pay claim to be resolved while not having a car and still paying R4 000 to West Bank every month. I lost my job due to the pandemic and I begged them to pay out the R15 000. NOTHING. Do NOT use them!
