Rodel Insurance continues to disappoint

I am very confused, I got into an accident on the 15th of March and today is the 15th of June. it is officially 3 months and my insurance has not gotten back to me. Unless I call I do not get any updates at all and I have had to do all the research myself. I am writing this review as I am very very disappointed. I have been trying to get the issue resolved. If Steven or Elsabe sees this review please call me and let us close this case.
