After submitting a quotation from a reputable panel beater to fix a dent in my car's back door - for the nth time, I 've received yet again a Resolved ticket response: "your ticket#...has been resolved'. I get no response from them telephonically or per email. Second, my Renault Kwid came with a one-year premium-free comprehensive cover - in the meantime, they deduct a monthly amount from my bank account. Also no response. The motor car dealership finance lady just posted me Rodel'S email address - no help. This is very unprofessional.
