Rodel Insurance Administrators.

After I got into an accident and read reviews about Rodel and was very disappointed that 9 of 10 customers where complaining about their services and I approached the insurance with that mentality that I won't receive any assistance.

However, Conrad Reats was assigned to my claim, and his been very helpful and explained the whole process without hesitation. He even went the extra mile to let me know he will be going on leave and has left a handover to Steven R. I patiently waited for him to come back and he went beyond capacity by agreeing to meet me at Rodel offices to explain the AOL and the costs deducted.

I rate Conrad 8/10 for his customer service. As for the company as a whole I choose not to rate because of the reviews I have read previously. I believe that I takes on person to make a difference and Conrad Reats deserves recognition.
