Rodel are real ******, Never buy Renault please!

I bought a Renault Kwid 13th August and a car was delivered on the 15th August evening at around 20:00, I only drove a car for 2 days, I had an "accident" of which the fault was with a car, the tyre came out and a suspension was broken, I reported to Rodel the came to tow a car, filled in the forms and my negotiator is Steven, I was told that a car is a write off and my claim has been rejected, if I asked on what reason, they don't tell me. Steven promised to send me a letter, till today, he's not responding to my email, or calling me nothing, I was told that the car was taken to SMD in Chamdor without my consent. Rodel is a **** and they rob people. I wish someone could help me on this matter.
