****** OF COMPENSATION BY RODEL RE-KEY CLAIM

Insurance cover: PL310700 (Renault Scheme-Rodel)

I have a recent claim with Rodel for the passenger window and car keys lost via smash and grab.

Rodel only paid for the window with the excess of R1000; this claim is not in dispute.

The claim for the key was not paid even though the insurance with Rodel covers for key of R5000 without excess. On numerous emails (not less than two emails) with Rodel I was ignored. I want the lost key to be paid for by Rodel out of the key cover of R5000.

Let alone the unprofessionalism experienced during the claim period, I would not recommend anyone to be involved with Rodel insurance; because I will never get involved with Rodel.
