Pathetic service from Rodel and employee Juan

Horrible doesn't even describe the service I have received from Rodel Insurance employee Juan. I have sent emails with attached bank statements as supporting document to show him when Rodel has double charged my account and yet is refusing to refund me those months. Rodel is pathetic and thank goodness I was only with them for a year. Would definitely not recommend them.
