Most pathetic Insurance

Rodel is the worst of the most worst insurance companies ever, the service i received is very very bad as i bought a Renault kwid which comes with the free 1 year insurance deal N unfortunate accident happened the car was written off which was i don't think it deserved to be written off. Its been over a month now trying to get them to pay the bank and everyday i call and speak to Condrad one of their consultants and i am getting excuses and stories everyday thats if he doesn't drop a call on my ear. On the 14th on August he claimed n lies to me and said the payment will take 7 days as he is telling me stories now about getting a proof of payment. GUYS FREE ADVICE PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A RENALT CAR WHICH COMES WITH THIS FREE 1 YEAR INSURANCE DEAL AS IT IS A **** ESPECIALLY FOR 1ST TIME CAR BUYERS AND FOR EVERYONE FOR THAT MATTER.... THEY QUICK TO GET YOU FINANCE BUT HELPLESS AFTERWARDS. SO PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DONT YOU DARE PURCHASE ANY OF THIS KINDA DEAL RENAULT CAR.
