*******.. Complete bull****.. A bunch of uneducated assholes that works for this company. Illiterate **** can't deal with any of your claims... Where did you ever hear your insurance puts the phone down in your face after they promised to get back to you... You waste your airtime on a bunch a **** that belong in a toilet pot... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RODEL IF THEY OFFER FREE INSURANCE PLEASE AS IF THE DEVIL IS CHASING YOU RUN FOR YOUR LIFE THIS I CAN PROMISE YOU.. Tell your friends family members to stay away from them... Luckily for me I experienced this bad service within my first 3 days with them like they say everything happens for a reason I got mine.. If it had happened much worse or later it would've been more hassles than what it is now already... THEY A ****ING WASTE OF TIME IF I COULD SEE THESE PEOPLE FACE TO FACE EISH ID GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND.. OH AND ANOTHER THING IF YOU EVER GET SOMEBODY BY THE NAME OF KEA FROM RODEL TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLAIMS DO NOT ALLOW HER TO WORK WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SHE'S A FLOP AND DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CLAIMS SHE SITS WITH HER GAT ON THE GO AHEAD MESSAGE AND WASTES TIME AND MONEY... ****ING ANGRY RIGHT NOW..!!!
