Frustrasting insurance customer/claim service

Rodel Insuarnace is the most horrible *********** pain of a company. You treating people like ******* bins. I have a claim through renault/rodel sa/nzalo. they in curatorship they do no communicated, the next consultant will make you feel like you are a government grant receiptnt. One lady told me in my ears that my insurance is afree insurance and they only adminstrators.

I have a car staying in panelbeter yard after towed by insurance. its been a month and days. no one is saying anything. my life is so stalk and incovinient like im gonna cry. my car is still new and im payong for a car but im not having any joy. Thy dont keep us updated, they dont care nothing.

i sent numeral message asking f if should source my won insurance and no one is responding. this is so frustrationg and paining. I tried contacting panelebeater to see if i can take my car back and put it in the garage at home. Panelbeater said they want release fees, for towing and storage.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP IM SO HELPLESS..........
