Disgusting Service Rodel Insurance!!!

I bought a new Renault Kwid that came with Rodel Insurance last year September. I had an accident on the 15th of November. The man who crashed into me admitted he was in the wrong. I had to pay R15 000 excess before the panelbeaters assigned by Rodel would fix my car. I got my repaired car back about a month later. Every time I called rodel for an update they said they were waiting for the invoice from the panelbeaters. I eventually caused such a scene at the panelbeaters but at least I got the invoice and sent it to the attorneys dealing with the claim from the other parties insurance. On the 2 of April the other insurance settled and the money was paid over to rodel. It is now the 27th of May and all I get is promises. I had to threaten Elsabe with opening up a police case of theft and writing a review on this site, then all of a sudden she asked for my bank statement last week Monday. She told me it was loaded and approved and would take a few days. It is now more than a week later and all I can get out of her is she will send me a proof of payment when done. This is the most disgusting service I have ever received from any company and I am warning anyone looking for insurance to think 10 times over before choosing Rodel because they are useless!
