Delayed claim from Rodel insurance

I wish if hellopeter can assist me on this issue. I got bumped by a Rodel client last year on the 18/10/2018 at around Centurion since then they promised to fix my car from then till now they haven't fix my car and they are not calling or emailing me to let me know when are they gonna fix my car.
