BAD, BAD BAD, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Rodel insurance consultants are not proffesional and they promise to call you but never call back. They always have an excuse for everything. HOW CAN YOU TELL A CLIENT TO CALL AFTER 30 MINUTES WHEN THEY WANT TO CLAIM???????? LIKE REALLY ***. I CALLED IN ON TUESDAY TO CLAIM FOR WINDSCREEN AND A CONSULTANT TOLD ME TO CALL AFTER 30 MINUTES BECAUSE ALL THE PEOPLE IN CLAIMS ARE ON LUNCH!!!!!!!!!! I Hate this insurance.
