Automatic Courtesy Car

I am facing problems with the Car Insurance Rodel, I Insured an Automatic Vehicle with them, I experience an accident last week Tuesday of which they don't want to give me a courtesy car that is an automatic, they say they can only give me a manual car of which I can't drive, but I have insured an automatic of which it unfair, on the other hand they prolonging the process of fixing my car while I am suffering to get to work and move around because they refusing to give me an automatic courtesy car, even the excess fee it too much (R 7 500) that I have to pay.
