Good day

earlier this year i was in accident got bumped into, I paid access money to the insurance I was told that they would claim the funds from the guy's company and refund me.

I called 4 months back to find out how far are they could not give me valid respond i was told to wait on the 20th Nov 2018 i sent mail to Rodel Insurance to follow up, no one came back to me I sent an e-mail to ask them what is happening they instead passed the mail to someone else and that person passed that mail to someone else then i was told to speak to the guy who helped me with the claim i sent him mail he passed it to.

all I want is to know when will i be refund or I will not and someone to give me answer and stop sending my mail to everyone. the below is the e-mail I sent them

How long does this take to happen or will it never happen I should forget about it
