Worst service for the first time

I am always happy about the service at Rocomamas but this time was the worst. We arrives at Roccomamas at about 7:45 and ordered beverages while waiting for the food. We waited for over an hour for the food mind you it was take away, People came in and left us there and we were the last ones to leave at 9h30 pm. When we finally got home to have our meals again we were disappointed we received an incomplete order the Ribs were missing the wings and the Burger was missing the fries yet we paid the full price.

I am not happy at this an apology alone. That will not do in this case as the order was incomplete as I have payed and did not get some of the things I had ordered and my time was wasted to get an incomplete order. There was no explanation for the delay. The service was disgusting . Can I either have my money back for the things I did not get or work something out.
