Worst Service for a first time Visit

<p>We got to Rocomamas in Klerksdorp after looking forward to a jummy burger and a fun night with my friends who came all the way from Jhb. We've planned this night for a month now. We got there and said we want to sit in smokers area then the waiter say "you can't REALLY smoke here" so we were fine with the fact that it was a non-smoking place we sat outside still. The waiter came and gave us the menu asked have we been there before, "no" so we asked can she explain to us how it works and she said well I'll try. (Bad impression) we did what we needed to do and sat there with the papers, finally two of my friends got up to go and ask can we order drinks. The waiter said. O my gosh haven't they gotten your papers yet I'm so sorry (take note by this time she was already at an opposite table 3times I'm sure serving alcohol to under age drinkers -non of our business) anyhow so finally they got the orders and off she went. We sat and chatted, 45min later we started to get impatient that we haven't gotten our drinks yet. Friend got up went to ask where the drinks were so she brings them out... 1. Not all the drinks we ordered.</p> <p>2. We asked with what is the sprite she says o I don't know let me go and check</p> <p>3. We ask her who is our waiter and with a laugh she says "who ever you want to be you get the honor of choosing" </p> <p> </p> <p>The sarcasm and unprofessional service we got for a first time visit really makes you avoid a place all and all. </p> <p>We got up and left and went to support spur, we got served by the manager that made sure we recover from our dissipointment of Rocomamas.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for looking forward to a fun night out with friend for a whole month and gets ruined in 45min... </p>
