Worst service ever!

Worst service ever! Went to RocoMamas @ Melrose Arch and what a terrible way to start the evening! Firstly had to wait more than 50mins just to get our coldrinks. Well, not all of them, as I had to wait longer due to them not having ice!!!! Calling the manager to complain, did absolutely nothing!!! Not once did the waiter come and asked if we are still ok, or want anything else or even give us feedback on the waiting of coldrinks or food. Food arrived with icecold chips!!!!!!! Again no manager checking on us or even making sure we are now sorted. Will make sure friends, family and collegues do not support this place. Cares ZERO about customers or service!!!!! Let's see if anyone is even going to respond to this post.
