Worst service ever at rocomamas rosebank the zone

I was at Rocomamas Rosebank The Zone yesterday 10/07/2018 with my friends, we received the worst service ever.

The place was noisy we had to go and sit outside, the waitress which was so rude did not even introduce herself to us, she made so many mistakes in our bill and when we confronted he about it, she was rude, we asked for the papers that we had placed our orders on and she told us that those papers are in the bin and we are busy making her to go through the bin.

She ended up telling us that its fine she was going to settle our bin, we asked for the manager and the manager came with the very same attitude as her waitress, she even told us not to come back again to her shop.

I just wonder what kind of customer service are they giving to us.
