Worst experience I've ever had!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack service of this restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend decided to stop by on a Tuesday night at 20:45. Here is a list of problems we encountered:

- We couldnt find the entrance.This might seem foolish but the main doors were all closed (even though the sign on the door says they close at 22:00).Not only does n make potential customers feel unwelcome, but its really confusing! -After we figure out that they are indeed still open we go to open the main entrance door.We were not greeted by one of the 10 waiters chatting and hanging over the counter at the entrance.They were so busy yapping away that not a single one even NOTICED there were two new customers in the room.How could they miss it? -After standing at the front counter for a minute we decide to take a seat.We wait for 10 minutes and still no waiter arrives.We started thinking it might be some self-catering system (even though we knew that it wasnt)...Eventually a waiter returns from the restroom and walks past us.I proceed to loudly call out for him before he stops to acknowledge us.We ask him if we could order from him and he takes down our order.We ordered an expresso milkshake (for R 37) and a waffle (R63). -The milkshake arrives and is completely melted and watery.No way that was worth its price.My waffle took 30 minutes to arrive (at this stage we already paid the bill and we were waiting).The waffle was average and not really worth the money either. -The kitchen staff literally YELL at eachother when communicating.Its not like they were discussing food orders.They were clearly talking *******...They were talking so loud that I could not hear what my boyfriend was saying.He only sat 60 cm away from me. -The table was extremely greasy and the waiter put zero effort in to simply take a wet cloth and wipe the surface. -We arrived at the restaurant at nine and they close at ten.But the cleaning staff were already cleaning and being very invasive about it.It made us feel very unwelcome and rushed.They did not even attempt to be discreet about wanting to get customers out of there.Well guess what?Mission accomplished! We will never return to a rocomamas ever again.I will be sure to make every single friend and family member aware of how pathetic the service was.

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.To anyone reading this : Please dont waste yoyr time or money at this place.You will be disappointed.Its absolutely ridiculous!
