Worst experience ever!

<p>Disgusted!!! We are loyal customers to Rocomamas, by far our favorite restaurant in SA, until our first time experience at the mall of the south branch Johannesburg. I had taken my sister for her first experience and unfortunately she told me it was her last. Bones laid over the floors, meat was served still bleeding... Serviettes were claimed to be finished and no glasses to serve drinks in ... Yet the restaurant had no more than two tables occupied! We ordered our meals as a complete family just to realize they were served with 15 min time intervals for each meal, where we had discovered we were offered burnt chips... The food had been cold as though it was served straight from the fridge. As we forced the food down our throat, we headed to washing our hands where the actual tap had broken off the wall as I was washing my hands. Couldn't bare to stand a single minute later in this restaurant. We were all so highly disgusted by the terrible service and putrid environment, we definitely were not going to even bare to look at the dessert menu. </p> <p> </p> <p>Rocomamas, you have lost a loyal customer due to the mall of the south branch. </p> <p>Utterly disappointed !!
