worst experience at Rocomamas Boksburg

After hearing from friends and relatives about this fantastic rib n burger restaurant called Rocomamas(Randburg), my family decided to give it a try so we visited the Boksburg, North rand road branch. They were naturally busy been a public holiday, so we waited a few minutes to be seated, which eventually was in the outside, even though we sat in the sun with very little shade we didn't complain. Our waiter Eugene came through and took our drinks order, although we wanted to order our meal at the same time Eugene insisted on coming back for the order. We eventually order and we are told it would take 15 to 20minutes....we eventually moved indoors and after complaining to a manager we got our food an HOUR later, my wife asked a waitress for a glass of water which never came, when we tried to ask her what happens we practically had our heads bitten off as she rudely raised her voice telling my wife she told our waiter n there is nothing she could do. Waiters explanation was that no one knew it was a public holiday so they short staff. ROCOMAMAS BOKSBURG worst service, staff have bad attitudes. Do not visit this branch if you expect good service and friendly staff.
