WORST, DISGUSTING SERVICE - Baywest

# Bad Experience at RoccoMamas - 1/5 Stars We went to RoccoMamas, but it was not a good experience. We had many problems.

First, our drinks were not made right. We ordered two Ferrero Rocher milkshakes, but they tasted like hazelnut and were very bitter. When the waiter brought our drinks, she spilled my beer all over my friend. The milkshake was also spilled, but they just took it back and added new cream on top. They didn't even refill my beer!

When we ordered our main food, my brother asked for chicken wings as a starter, but they never came. We were very hungry and waiting for our food.

We ordered more drinks, but again, my beer was flat. When I looked at the glass, I saw something weird at the bottom. It was a dirty shooter glass! We were very upset.

The service was very bad, and the food was not great. We are very disappointed and will not go back to RoccoMamas.
