Worst customer service

Had to queue for 30 mins when I finally got allocated to a table as my order was suppose to be an eat in, had to wait for more than 30 mins to be given menus and another 30 mins for our orders to be taken whilst people who came after me were already being served and having their meals. Called one waiter and they just said they'll be with me and minutes later that's when I called Sbusiso who was busy with conducting the queue, nonetheless, he came and heard my grief and called a waitress to assist me but at that point I was frustrated because I came with my kids whom happen to be 2 years and 4 years old and were agitated and crying as they were hungry and the food was taking forever. I couldn't walk out because I had already wasted my time there and I needed to feed my kids so I got assisted and got the food which I turned into a take away as I felt that I didn't want to stay any longer as my evening was ruined
