Westgate Mall Rocomamas was a huge let down.

So with very high hopes and expectations because of the very popular Name and because I was not disappointed in town ever. I took my kids and husband to Rocomamas in West Gate mall. We were terribly let down. We had numerous waiters coming to our table but they took very long with our food but because they were very busy on that day we overlooked it at first then after waiting quite a while already the waiter came back to say that they currently out of stock of an ingredient for my husband's burger he had to change his order. Then after waiting another long while we noticed people who were seated after us already receiving their food. We continued to wait until the point where those people who had received their food before us even though they arrived after us had already eaten there food finished. At that point my husband was fuming and wanted to cancel the order and leave. I stopped him and decided to first go up to the counter and ask them how long we would have to wait hoping that once we finally got our food it would be worth the wait. And to my disappointment it really wasn't the burgers were so dry and the food was so very tasteless the only thing that was good about the whole experience was the juice which was definitely no conciliation. And it wasn't just my meal that was like that but my husbands and the kids as well. I really never had anything against Rocomamas and I'm not sure if Westgate Malls one was just having a bad day. Or if that specific branch just makes bad food. But it was a very bad experience.
