Vexed first timer!

<p>It was my first visit to your establishment, so imagine my excitement to taste the raved about "burger" and freak shake, which was great.</p> <p>But....... We arrived, walked in and was informed to have a seat, as one should do when dining out. However we were offered an inside seat, but felt it was too crowded and we asked to be seated outside. The attendant at the door suggested to occupy any vacant space, as we did. Upon being seated, my mother mentioned the seat to be uncomfortable, when addressing this to our waitron, she suggested bringing her a blanket, we placed the item behind her back. But yet after a few minutes it was still uncomfortable. A table adjacent to us was completing payment and we then decided to move to those seats, as the bench seemed a better option to the uncomfortable seat my mom was seated in.</p> <p>We then articulated our choice, to a very contentious condescending attendant, I am not too sure who she was, she was wearing a different colour t-shirt to what our waitron had on. She mentioned it was policy not to reseat guest after they have been seated. I understand policy and was not contesting it, however, as a paying client, one would prefer dining in comfort, and to subject a 63 year old female to that discomfort just left a sour taste in our mouths. I was utterly disgusted that she felt no remorse whatsoever. She mentioned they had to seat guests at the door, the seat we wanted to move too had the same amount of space as our setting, our table was not laid either, nor had we received anyform of drinks, it would have been a simple swop. Did she just feel the need to be arrogant? Would it have made a tremendous deal? To us yes!</p>
