Very rude waitress

My family visited Rocomamas along Malibongwe road on Friday 26 January 2018. A friendly manager, Lee (I think that's her name) welcomed us as sat us at a table. One waitress, Ray took our order, brought the drinks about 3mins later.

As we sat we noticed 3 tables that came in after us, had been served, and one had finished their meal and paid the bill! We asked Ray to check the status of our meal as we had been waiting for long with two hungry kids. She mentioned she was going to check and never came back to update us. We later, without causing a scene (wasn't in the mood for drama really), asked one manager Kuda to give us the drinks bill as we can not wait much longer. He went through to the kitchen, came back and told us the meal was on its way...at that point I just wanted to leave the restuarant and had lost my appetite. Minutes later, Ray appears with the food and I tell her that we have requested the drinks bill as we have waited too long. This was her response, verbatim, ' Well ma'm everybody else has been waiting for their meals as long as you have...so you don't want your food?" without waiting for our response, she turned away, no apology, nothing said...gone! I have absolutely have no idea how she continues to work for Rocomamas with an attitude like that!!! NB Lee, the manager was also in utmost shock why our meal took so long, she took time to apologize, took down our details...we await her call.
