Very dry buffalo wings

I normally order from RocoMamas rivonia and their buffalo wings are very nice and juicy, today I decided to order from RocoMamas Pineslopes, oh my word their buffalo wings are very dry there is not even a single drop of buffalo sauce on the packet, the dip sauces are half in the container, I'm really disappointed, what a waste of my money
