Very bad service

I ordered (#DFD***) some food from Rocomamas New Market via Mr. D on 28/05/2023. The one item was incorrect and another item was not delivered at all. I contacted them (call was supposedly logged: ***8) and was promised that I will get a response soon. NOTHING happened!! I contacted then again - still nothing!! Not the first time that we got incomplete or incorrect order - really very bad service (and expensive)!!! Very quick to deduct payment, but with no service delivered afterwards!! I acknowledge this was via Mr D, but Rocomamas should take responsibility for the correctness of their orders as well- really not acceptable to get one item wrong and not include another item at all!!
