VAT OVER CHARGED ON MY BILL

I was very disappointed in their prices. It totally put me off. I wasn't allowed to have a takeaway and sit down at the table like Mac Donald's. When I received my bill the VAT WAS 15.36%!! VAT IS 15% YEAR 2023. Why is it automatically charged on my bill at 15.36%. I will not return back.
