Unreable and horrible service

The service from Rocomamas Herrington is quite horrible and they are very unreliable. I have placed an order and went to collect my order an hour later. They only offer to make my order when i get to the store. And no one took initiative. I am so disappointed. What is the use of having a customer call in when you will start preparing the order when they get to the store. his is happening for the second time.
