Unfair Labour practice

The oparator mr abdul treats his employees like slaves or he thinks we still under the apartheid regime. He complains when black staff goes for launch, over wirks them and doesn't adhere to the labour laws act. I mean no over time paid for them or sunday payments and all. Threatens to fire them.
