i visited the brackenfell branch for the first time on my birthday 31 January 2016. i have a photograph of what the burger looked like. i was bragging to everybody how magnificent the burgers were and i wanted everybody to go there. On Sunday 17 April 2016 i took my friend to taste and experience these burgers. OH DEAR!! WHAT AN AMBARRASMENT!!! AND A MAJOR DISSAPPOINTMENT. The burger bun has shrunk to half the size and the mince is now also half the size the cheese...oh dear!!!! i spoke to the manager and showed him the pic but he insisted that as far as he knows it has not changed, even though he could see on the pic that it has definately changed. OH AND MAKE NO MISTAKE....PRICES ARE STILL THE SAME
