Unacceptable staff and owner

I ordered at Roccomammas waterfall mall and the staff is rude and staff that can not do their job as I orderder food on Uber eats and only recieved half of my order and the manger and the owner told me that it not their problem I should contact Uber eats and see if their something I can do about it. I had to phone them 4 times as they keep on hanging up while I'm talking
