Treated with total Rudeness and disrespect by Siph

Have always raved about the food, but I suppose maybe because this branch had just opened, tonight was a really unacceptable case of extremely bad service. We were 6 people eating, My wife ordered 1 Kg of Pork ribs with Bbq sauce and when it was delivered, I asked the waiter if he was sure it was correct as we ordered 1 kg of Pork ribs and it most certainly did not look like a kg of ribs. <br> Between my wife, my Daughter and myself we ate the pork Ribs. We were having a great evening out with friends until we were called for the bill. We the bill was presented it was found that we were charged for items which we had not ordered, nor were these items delivered to our table, 1 x Fanta and 1 Soweto Gold.<br> I looked at the bill closer to find that we had been charged for 1 Kg of Beef Ribs @ R 270 instead of the Pork ribs which was R210. I requested that the wait please fix the bill accordingly. It was then that the alleged Manager Sipho came to the table and told me in no uncertain terms that I had eating the beef ribs and not pork ribs!<br> <br> Balance of my complaint is posted to their facebook page and home page<br> <br>
