Today the 12th March 2023, I took my mum and nephews to have lunch in alberton Newmarket mall. The kids love rocomamas but this one was terrible. Firstly bubblegum milkshake tasted like vanilla flavor. Secondly their burgers tasted dry and cold. Thirdly wings ...some cold and some warm Ribs were a total let down. Boiled and dipped in a sauce. Not grilled. Fries were cold too Greek Salad wasn't fresh The manager did offer to give free milkshakes but we declined her offer. Not worth it. I don't expect a call back from them coz they know who is complaining. Waste of money feel ****** and we all felt Not satisfied after. Disappointed overall and day spoilt....
