Theft at rocomamas and they refuse to show me the tapes.

i was in rocomamas rosebank 2 months back, decision i am regretting even today. My wallet was snatched off the counter while i was waiting to pay and i never found it ever since.

I immediately asked management to see the footage as the counter was in clear view of the camera. He told me that he doesn't have the keys to the system, only thee owner does. And he promised to call me back that afternoon once the owner has came in. i waited for a week for the call and nothing, i went back to ask about my wallet and i was told that the owner has been notified about the issue and they'll get back to me. three weeks later, i complained, dm the rocomamas account on twitter. they did their investigations and got back to me telling me that the owner of the store did not know about the incident and he will personally call me back. that was over a month back. till today, i haven't heard anything from the people at head office, the store owner nor the manager.

i am so disappointing with the treatment that none of my family members will ever set foot in any of their stores. i am guessing one of the waiters took the wallet and they are protecting them by giving me the run around.
