The best customer service I have EVER experienced.

<p>Me and my fiance went to Rocomamas boksburg on north rand road. We sat down and ordered our food. A waiter by the name Chris came to us to serve us. He remembered our faces and said welcome back! He even remembered what we ordered! I was amazed. After placing our order, my fiance forgot to tell him she wants a chicken patty. She runs over to Chris to tell him (by this time our burgers were practically ready) so she tells Chris that we dont mind paying extra for the mistake. As she comes to sit down Bongi comes to our table to reasure us that they take customer service very serious and customers always come first. I felt like a king in a palace. I was taken away by how good the service was. It didnt end there. After Bongi left another guy called Cliff came to our table with a Medium sized Fries and told us this is on the house and they are preparing both our burgers from scratch to ensure us a proper rocamomas Experience. When we left, the chefs waved at us with big smiles and thanked us for choosing them. I have to be honest, Rocomamas boksburg changed my entire view on customer service! A MASSIVE thank you to you guys for making such an incredible effort to ensure such a high level of customer service.</p>
