Terrible service at Ruimsig Rocomamas

After going a few times to this rocomamas the experience has only been terrible. I always phone and place an order. They can never deliver, although there are ALWAYS delivery bikes outside the shop. Today, 30/01/2018, I placed another order, upon arrival no one knew about the order. The manager was just standing right by me and did absolutely nothing. Also there were staff behind the counter, also doing nothing. We did not even get a sorry from the manager. This is the WORST rocomamas I've ever been to and never will I go there again.
