Terrible service and ice cold food.

On the 30th of July we went to the Rocomamas in Menlyn park mall. It was around lunch time. We sat outside yet still inside the mall walkways. Our drinks and food order was taken. Shortly after we sat down another family was seated behind us and another a couple of minutes in front of us. We received our drinks and we then waited for our meal. We ordered Chicken strips, Jalapeno bombs and two portions of ribs and wings. We finished our drinks (RocoMocha and an Americano) and noticed that all the tables around us had their drinks and food and we were still waiting. When my chicken strips arrived I took a bite and it was ice cold, I pushed it aside and called for a server. When a person came to the table I said that it is cold and the other food were still outstanding. The manager came after a while carrying the Jalapeno bombs and this was after we said we had enough and were cancelling everything. He stood there trying to convince us to stay upon which I lost my temper as we had enough. The other tables already finished their meals and were paying their bills. We paid for our drinks and left. This was such an utter disappointment as we went to this Rocomamas branch as our previous experience was good and so much better than the one in Montana.
