TERRIBLE FOOD

So I normally love the branch in Newlands where I normally take my family...but your shop in Westgate Mall is a total disaster first time I waited nearly an hour for my food, when I got my food the chips was hard the buns looked like it was old and had to wait an extra 20MINUTES for my shakes. I left it and went back the second time around. Again had to wait super long even though it wasn't busy no communication from managers staff runs around like headless chickens, as I'm sure they don't know what they supposed to do and food was tasteless again. So my question is why when I go to Newlands the food is absolutely great but go to Mitchell's Plain I get food that I could give my dog? I'm not supporting Rocco mama's ever again if this is the type of service I recieve. On two occasions I wasted my money and me and my family didn't enjoy the meals.
