Terrible after new ownership

<p>Roco Mamas Melrose arch recently transferred ownership and since then it has been on a rapid decline in terms of service level and experience. The experience has been terrible in regards to the fact that I was ignored after I greeted the staff, I have been waiting for my food for close to an hour. The staff are complaining about mismanagement and the restaurant has been suffering due to low staff morale. Something needs to be done about this place.</p>
